Hello!
I’m Marlon, a self-taught, professional photographer and graphic designer based in Westchester, NY.
Since falling in love with photography in high school, I have been practicing the craft for over a decade. My current endeavors include working as the principal photographer at The New York Botanical Garden as well as freelancing as a general photographer and wedding photojournalist. Images I’ve created have appeared in publications such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Forbes, Town & Country, The Gothamist, smithsonian.com, and more. I work primarily with natural light and aim to produce beautiful imagery that displays both honesty and appreciation for the world and its moments. My ultimate goal is continue working in the environmental and conservation sectors to promote a better understanding and protection of the world we live in.
Rates
This was never about the money. I started practicing photography purely for enjoyment and ended up doing it professionally by chance. I am very lucky to pursue my passion as a living, but I also need to eat tacos. That said, I work with my clients to find a place that works for both of us. I want us all to have beautiful images and still afford delicious tacos. Some general guidelines:
WEDDINGS, ELOPEMENTS, & ENGAGEMENTS
$500 — Engagement | 2-hour session (additional $50/hr over 2 hours)
$1000 — Elopement | For those looking to capture their intimate moment (up to 4 hours)
$3000 — Single Photographer | Perfect for smaller/shorter weddings (4–6 hours)
$6000 — Two Photographers | The best option for full-day coverage
All weddings include 25 4x6in matte prints of the best moments—chosen by the couple or selected by me—and high-resolution digital images with full printing and usage rights.
